Fenna de Jong, endometriosis coach and founder of Floraison
About me

The guide I myself
would have loved to have.

I'm Fenna de Jong, founder of Floraison: someone who knows from personal experience exactly what it's like to live with endometriosis every day.

To the outside world, endometriosis is often invisible, but you feel every day how much it demands from you.

Most women with this condition are simply exhausted from getting through the day. Pain and constant fatigue make you feel like your body is working against you. You want to feel like yourself again, but right now you're mostly surviving.

I believe you don't have to settle for a life defined by your diagnosis.

In 2018 I was diagnosed with endometriosis. My own journey showed me that far more is possible than standard treatments often suggest. Step by step, I discovered what truly worked for me and found a way to bring my life back into balance. Today I'm living proof that you can move beyond surviving and rediscover your own strength.

Now I'm the guide I myself would have wanted back then.

As an endometriosis coach and founder of Floraison, I guide women through that same process. I combine my own experience with years of professional expertise in offering structure and direction, for coaching that's both warm and highly practical. Think of me as part guide, part cheerleader: someone who stands beside you and believes in what's still possible.

You've survived long enough. It's time to bloom.

Together, we take your life back

  • Understand: we start with your story, your symptoms and what you've already tried
  • Recover: practical tools to stabilize your energy
  • Grow: from surviving to blooming, with renewed ownership over your life
Please note: I coach from my role as an expert by experience and am not a medical specialist. Endometriosis is a chronic condition in which tissue similar to the lining of the womb grows outside the uterus, which often causes intense pain and a constant lack of energy.
